Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AgentMint (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

AgentMint is a marketplace for AI skills with native x402 USDC settlement. Publishers list skills with a price; consumers (humans or autonomous agents) invoke skills and pay per call via signed EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and any private keys you use to sign x402 payments. AgentMint cannot recover lost private keys.

4. Payments

Payments settle on Base mainnet. AgentMint takes a platform fee, currently 10%, configurable per publisher. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. On-chain transactions are irreversible; AgentMint does not custody the USDC consumed by skill calls.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to: (a) violate applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) distribute malware or harmful content; (d) circumvent payment, rate-limit, or audit mechanisms.

6. Publisher obligations

Publishers warrant that their skill output does not infringe third-party rights, complies with applicable law, and matches the skill description.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS". AgentMint disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

AgentMint's aggregate liability shall not exceed the platform fees you paid to AgentMint in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. AgentMint may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

AgentMint may revise these Terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
